Film opening ideas

Film Opening Ideas!
In my group for the movie opening is Megan Johnson, Jess Hordon and Jade Clarke.
The genre that we have chosen to do is crime.
The film opening could be linked to Green Street but a female version.

We were thinking about starting the first bit as a young mid teen girl horse riding at home living a posh life but with classic relaxing music but then it freezes and then turns into up beat and fast heavy music and it starts to show her 2nd life of being mischievous and getting up to no good. It will then freeze on each of her friends which would be the main characters through out the film. It then has linear narration describing each and every one of them this will be the basis of the opening we think that this will be simple but effective to the audience to keep them attracted and wanting to see more.

We think that the target audience will be teens and twenty's (middle age) and suited for male and female.
Pros-
A lot of teenage kids are attracted to films like this
-they like a lot of trouble
-action
-violence
-party's

Cons
-if we make it too simple then it may not seem to get the message across
-narration may not suit it so we need to think in to it more.
